If you have an urgent medical need and we are unable to accommodate you please call NHS 111 and ask to be booked into the hub. NHS111 can now directly refer into the urgent care hub for minor illnesses and directly into an appointment at the ED for minor injuries.

• connected to a nurse, emergency dentist, pharmacist or GP
• Get a face-to-face appointment if you need one
• Be given an arrival time if you need to go to A&E – this might mean you spend less time in A&E
• Be told how to get any medicine you need
• Get self-care advice
