Accessibility

We have a large car park at the health centre with dedicated parking for Bikes and the Disabled.

You can reach Shaw crompton Medical Centre by bus. There is a bus stop on high street and around the corner on Market Street, numbers are 181, 182, 403 and 57.

A path leads you up to the main entrance with automatic doors. The patient toilets are accessible for wheelchairs.

We have a lift which takes you up to the first floor.

Complaints

We make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our practice.

However, we are aware that things can go wrong resulting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint. If this is so, we would wish for the matter to be settled as quickly, and as amicably, as possible.
